Overview

This confidential client looked to expand its footprint in the region and provide wellness and health services to an underserved area. Located in the former Wonder Bread Factory, HITT provided repositioning services for the interior renovation of the ground and second floor of the existing office building into and outpatient clinic.

 

The primary care clinic includes outpatient exam rooms, consultation and clinical support spaces, administrative and office space, conference rooms, restrooms, and staff breakrooms.

 

The interior modifications on the project included demolition of existing partitions and ceilings, mechanical and electrical work, and installation of new finishes, furnishing, plumbing fixtures, and lighting.
