This first-generation, secure build-out for a government client spanned 12 levels. The scope of work also included the renovation of a belowground parking garage, which included the structural and architectural expansion of a garage-level fitness center.
The new office features a kitchen and pantry area, conferencing rooms, open-office spaces, and elevator lobbies. Features of work include demountable glass fronts, Skyfold partitions, and Addota folding glass partitions.
