Oak Street Health Marcos Plaza

This concierge medical facility build-out is one of five Oak Street Health locations HITT delivered within the state of Arizona, in support of a national retail roll-out. The facility was built to support customer engagement on a walk-in, individual, and group basis and to provide customer service, health, and well-being activities.

The facility includes exam rooms, care team stations, offices, conference rooms, and break rooms. The HITT project team installed new MEP equipment and finishes including an entry way storefront with wood cladded fishes, decorative wallcoverings, tile restrooms, and medical equipment. The project scope also included new water and electrical service to the suite.
