Overview
This new primary care clinic medical office interior build-out features exterior work involving replacing glass storefronts, upgrading concrete pathways for ADA, adding a dumpster enclosure and upgrading all MEP infrastructure for the building. The 14,000-sf facility also includes exterior fit-up of existing structure, totally renovated MEP systems, and upgraded utilities to accommodate the client’s needs.
HITT is constructing multiple national retail roll-outs in the concierge healthcare spaces for Oak Street Health including Atlanta and Stone Mountain, Georgia, Louisville, Kentucky, Fayetteville, North Carolina, New York City, and Tuscon and Phoenix, Arizona. The facilities were built to support customer engagement on a walk-in, individual, and group basis and to provide customer service, health, and well-being activities.
