It is our responsibility as a leader in the building industry to promote equality and diversity. Acts of discrimination, harassment, and/or racism by or against our team members, partners, and clients will not be tolerated. HITT has Zero Tolerance for Intolerance.
Recently, all HITT jobsites conducted mandatory safety stand downs to emphasize our Zero Tolerance policy. Zero Tolerance signage has been placed at the entrance of all offices and jobsites to serve as a reminder to all team members, partners and visitors.
