As a relationship-first builder, HITT is deeply grateful for the strong bonds we’ve formed with our clients over the years. These partnerships have led us to new cities and given us the opportunity to expand into new work types. Today, our clients trust us to be their lifecycle builder, providing construction services from routine maintenance work to new campus development and beyond.
For nearly 20 years, HITT has provided lifecycle construction services for Capital One. Our partnership began in Washington, DC with small service projects like repairing parking lots and moving doors. As Capital One grew, we grew alongside them, proving our value as their construction partner. Our Commercial Services, Corporate Office—Interiors, and Technology teams have successfully delivered projects for Capital One up across the East Coast and in Texas, California, and the Pacific Northwest. Our work together now includes 200,000-square-foot interior renovations and multi-floor corporate office fit-outs, but we’ll always deliver on the service projects that started our partnership.
What Capital One has said over the years:
"Excellent work and thank you so much for your attention to detail. This is another example of HITT overperforming on the Capital One Mother’s Room project and it definitely gets noticed." –Princy Mathai, Senior Project Manager, JLL
“I just wanted to reiterate how happy we are with the work that the HITT team did on Capital One’s behalf. We are so glad that we selected HITT as our GC. We knew that whatever issues arose, HITT was ready and prepared. If all our contractors were this good, our lives would be much easier.” –Stephen Livick, Project Manager, CPG
“HITT is by far the best interior contractor we deal with. They have a pretty unending goal of satisfying the customer. You never hear them say something isn’t possible. They find a way to make it happen and deliver a good quality product.” –Barry Mark, VP of Design and Construction, Capital One
