HITT has grown steadily over the past eight decades thanks to lasting relationships with our clients, partners, subcontractors—and of course, our team members.

 

Founded in 1937 as a small business, today our 1,600+ team members work in 14 offices coast to coast. The HITT team is growing with no signs of slowing down, and we’re looking for the right people to join us!

Even though my role isn’t out on the jobsite, I love seeing how my work directly supports our team members and therefore our projects and clients. HITT is such a large, interconnected ecosystem, and it’s such a cool thing to be a part of!
