Steve Fisher

Risk Management

Steve leads HITT’s Risk Management department, which provides direction and commentary to operations staff regarding potential risk inherent to each project. These risks can include financial (budgetary, insurance, bonding), schedule, subcontractor, and/or logistical / safety risks.

As director, Steve performs owner contract review for projects greater than $10 million, negotiates master subcontract agreements, and supports operations teams regarding payment and other project matters.

Steve brings 40 years of construction experience, solely with HITT. During his tenure, he has served in various risk management, accounting, and administrative roles. Steve’s familiarity with HITT ownership and shared commitment to HITT’s mission is instrumental in guiding HITT’s continued success and growth as a top ranked general contractor.
