Safety is so much more than just physical health. Our Culture of Care embraces mental wellbeing, psychological safety, and inclusive workplaces. We move beyond checklists to coach and motivate our people and trade partners to create work environments where every individual is cared for and in turn shows care for their teammates.
Construction is constantly evolving, and we embrace and invest in best-in-class training, innovative tools, and top-of-the-line equipment to keep our people and projects safe.
We use safety data to inform our decisions. HITT’s dedicated safety department identifies and analyzes emerging trends, defines the path to safety for the enterprise, and puts best practices to work on our jobsites nationwide.
