Overview
This project was a 150,000-sf build-out of the 14th and 16th floors for Yelp’s New York office space on Madison Avenue.
The goal of the project was to create a space for the technology firm that was amenable to the younger generation.
The office design was broken down into familiar New York neighborhoods. Each neighborhood is designated by a subway line, color-stained into the exposed concrete floor. Legends are located throughout the building to guide employees and Clients to their destination.
The space also features open ceilings, a night bazaar-themed café / coffee shop, several communal areas with swings, and a kegerator bar with a rotating selection of craft brews.
