Overview

This project is the build-out of first-generation space with high-end finishes, including terrazzo flooring, and an extensive branding package. A 5,000-sf studio/production space is included in the scope with strict Sound Transmission Class (STC) requirements throughout. The schedule required a fast-paced turnover date for the extensive MDF room.
