Overview
HITT completed the interior fit-out of two historical buildings for WillowTree in Charlottesville, Virginia.
The first building is a 26,300-sf, one-story space and the second building is four stories. Our scope of work included open office floor plans with workstations, all-hands area, booths and haven conference rooms, coffee bars, and libraries.
The space features a monumental stair and bleacher system using cold-formed framing. It also includes a new fully functioning kitchen with commercial-grade equipment including hoods, walk-in cooler, freezer, oven, and dishwasher.
Custom millwork and Corona Markerboard systems are featured throughout the space.
