Overview

Formed in 1998, Rushmark Properties is a privately held real estate investment firm committed to developing smart-growth office, affordable multifamily residential, mixed-use commercial and retail assets in well-desired geographic areas.

The WestBroad Residences project is a 286-unit, six-story, mixed use building in Falls Church, Virginia. The building offers 310,000 sf of rental apartment space on top of a one-story, 64,000-sf retail podium. The site features a 12,000-sf enclosed loading dock on top of a 550-space, 210,000-sf, three-level, below-grade parking structure.
