Vista Energy Marketing is a third-party supplier of natural gas based in Houston, Texas. The firm offers customized pricing for large commercial clients, provides risk management services, and can also manage gas allocation on business’s delivery pipelines.
The Vista Energy project was a 6,000-sf half-floor build-out from a shell condition. The space consisted of a trading bull pen, a call center, conference rooms, open workstations, and several common areas including a chain curtain collaborative room with polished concrete floors. Through several design changes and coordination of many overseas-finished products, our team completed the project on time, in less than 12 weeks.
