Overview

The project renovated the historic lobby and connector corridor, along with three stories of garage lobbies below.

 

The scope included honed floor and wall stone, wood wall lacquer, large scale interactive LED screens, reconfigured ceilings with new lighting, new storefront entry and canopy upgrades, and upgrades to retail spaces for new tenants.
