Overview
T. Rowe Price is a publicly owned investment firm headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland. This expansion added two new buildings and two new parking garages to T. Rowe Price’s Owings Mills Campus, a LEED Silver campus, along with approximately 400,000 sf of office space and amenities for employees. Interior space additions included an auditorium, kitchen, cafeteria, several lounges, offices and demountable partitions. The project included more than 20 acres of extensive landscaping, including a timber-frame arcade with Brazilian walnut wood deck and bench seating, a series of terraced field stone retaining walls, stone seating,
a fountain and flowing water features that cascade beneath the deck to a boulder-lined pond. Other landscaping features include native plants, ground cover, sod, trees, a dry-stream bed and an active wet-stream bed, terraced collecting pools with infinity edge waterfalls and additional hidden waterfalls.
