Overview

Rubenstein Law, one of the top personal injury law firms in Florida, hired HITT to move its office across the street to a more expansive space. At 26,000 sf, the interior office renovation included a full floor, 5,000-sf call center, kitchen, and mock courtroom. Impressive stone flooring and etched glass were installed in the lobby and carried over on the staircase, while the boardrooms featured switchable glass for privacy.

Because of the small window between the time Rubenstein’s previous lease expired and the new lease began, staying on schedule was vital. Our team worked many 10-hour days and Saturdays to complete this project within the time frame.

Within the last two weeks of the project, a HITT team member discovered an imperfection in one piece of the custom Italian glass, which then had to be remanufactured and delivered to the site within days. Despite the international shipment challenge, we completed the project on time within the client’s three-month deadline.
