Overview

This six-phase renovation project consisted of converting an existing full-service restaurant into a dividable event space, overhauling an existing bar-lounge and kitchen, and adding a full-service restaurant. Additionally, the lobby was completely renovated and new restrooms were added. High-end materials and furnishings are featured throughout the space. As a premier, AAA Four Diamond hotel, the project team focused on every detail to ensure the final product reflected the quality of the hotel and its iconic brand. To mitigate challenges associated with working in an occupied hotel space, our team phased the project to allow areas to be turned back over to the property as completed. To limit disruptions to hotel guests and staff, our team set multiple, fully-finished temporary walls to limit noise and maintain the hotel’s luxurious ambiance.
