Overview

Major renovations were completed to the Renaissance Charleston hotel located in the picturesque historic district in Charleston, South Carolina.

All 166 guestrooms were modernized, including tub to shower conversions over the course of three months while the hotel was occupied. New finishes used include luxury vinyl tile flooring, carpet, wallcovering, as well as new paint and furniture in the guestrooms.

Despite the hotel remaining open and operational during construction, the project was finished on-time.
