The space includes a number of unique spaces such as an activity room, a back porch area with bench seating, a reception area that features a drink lab and social hub, and multiple large multi-use conference spaces. The overall space has contemporary design influences; one of the unique features highlighted is the exposed ceilings throughout the floor, giving the space an industrial feel. Due to the fully operational bar and bowling ally on the floor below construction, intensive furniture and floor core layout coordination was required. The on-going development of design and high-end finishes required consistent attention and adaptation by the project team, and multiple trade coordination. In order for the company to move-in on time, our team successfully completed this aggressive 14-week schedule.
