Overview

This project included a renovation of dated tenant space to develop Wright Runstad’s new permanent Project Management Office & a sleek and versatile conference center for building tenants.

 

The scope of work included two conference rooms, suite entry and reception desk, waiting area, lounge, offices, and two large kitchenettes.

The early engagement between JPC Architects, Wright Runstad, and HITT allowed the team to design a space that fit the budget, function, and high quality that the owner was looking for in this showcase facility.
