Puttery

This 23,000-sf build-out includes a full kitchen, three putt-putt rooms, three lounges, a balcony, and a terrace. The project team connected the floors with steel stairs featuring ornamental metals throughout and also provided a high level of underground coordination between MEP and owner vendors. The putt-putt rooms have playful themes including a conservatory, which brings nature inside with faux redwoods, catci, and cherry blossoms, or the library fully equipped with a lounge-like feel, minus the need to keep quiet!
