Overview
As a fast growing global biotech company, PHASE Scientific sought a new office and lab space designed to reflect their mission to “inspire a new state of health.”
This interior lab build-out supports research and development (R&D) of innovative diagnostic tools for cancer and infectious disease. The project features all new MEPF / security infrastructure and systems to accommodate nine specialized diagnostics and infectious disease labs, R&D space, warehouse space, a locker room, glasswash station, and cold rooms.
This facility enhances communication and collaboration with a new pantry, lounge area, comfortable work areas, conference rooms, and open offices, The exterior scope includes the installation of a new generator and enclosure, loading dock, and landscape /hardscape elements.
