This 12,500 sf office interior renovation including working spaces, conference rooms, bathroom, break room, and a full-service warehouse completed within a 21-week timeline.
The warehouse acts as a training and assembly space with modular elements that allow the warehouse to transform into an entertaining venue for PCI’s clients.
High-racking and wide lanes made the warehouse functional for storage and forklifts.
The offices and storage rooms were strategically placed in the warehouse to keep this space open and operational.
The space was transformed by the creative elements added in the way of branded wall-coverings, a graffiti mural, and even special elements like PCI maroon stained concrete.
