Overview

This project was for a new urgent care facility dedicated to the senior population of the City Line section of Brooklyn. This project required extensive façade work (replacement and repointing of brick) after removal of a canopy as well
as various structural repairs.

Logistically our team had to close the sidewalk and diverted traffic into the street via a pedestrian bridge to maintain a
safe work environment. We installed two  RTUs on new dunnage steel, fabricated and installed a ladder from the street level for easy access to the roof.

There were various unforeseen conditions which the team was able to take care of within the project’s original schedule, including rebuilding a crumbling footing and retaining wall due to extensive water damage.
