Overview

NIKA is an architecture and engineering, enterprise technology, and facilities operations management firm located in Rockville, Maryland. Founded in 1998, the privately held company specializes in planning, design, building, engineering, management, support, and maintenance of complex facilities and infrastructures.

The LEED Platinum certified project incorporates a contemporary design that promotes an activity-based environment to encourage flexibility and efficiency in the workplace.

The space includes several huddle rooms, collaboration areas, lounge, two bars, stadium seating, and game rooms. Our team coordinated and worked extensively with NIKA to involve them in the design and construction process. The space is decorated with moss and graffiti walls to create an urban atmosphere.
