Tenant Fit-outs

Overview

This interior fit-out project for New America spans four floors, the top three of which are connected by an internal stair opening up to collaboration spaces and a main events area. The 4,000-sf main events area allows employees to host large reception-style events as well as live television broadcasts. The space also features a wrap-around terrace with new exterior entrances added to enhance access for employees.

The Client wanted to incorporate the existing building’s century-old construction materials into the current space. To meet this goal, the design includes an open ceiling exposed to the terracotta deck in the reception area, brick veneer walls in conference spaces, and exposed columns.
