Microsoft Fargo Vista Building

This office project includes an interior gut and renovation of the second and third floors. All the work was done over raised access floors. The scope included high-end conference rooms with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment. Unique architectural features in the office enhance the collaborative nature of the space and include open breakout areas and comfortable lounge areas for the employees. National subcontractors were used to supplement the limited resources of the local market in North Dakota.
