Overview

This project consists of the repositioning of the existing office from single tenant to multi tenant in three phases. The renovation included updates to 32 core restrooms, three lobby spaces, and complete demolition and replacement of the atrium slab. Additionally, our team replaced the cooling tower and updated the building infrastructure.
