The hotel features 168 rooms with 13 different room types, a full kitchen, meeting room, and a fitness center. Extensive underpinning was required to stabilize the adjacent building next to the hotel’s 70-space underground parking garage. Art plays a key role in the design of the building with commissioned artwork throughout and public art that acts as a bench outside the hotel lobby. Hyatt Place achieved LEED Gold certification by utilizing recycled building materials, energy efficient fixtures, and natural light while reducing potable water use. You might be interested in...
