Overview
The Holton-Arms School, an independent college-preparatory school for girls, underwent both a renovation and addition to its existing campus. Done in phases, HITT completed the renovation of an existing three-story building, new construction of a three-story science wing addition, new entry and bypass roadway, and a new athletic complex with a track, field, bleachers and a bridge for access.
Much of the construction occurred during the regular school year, requiring the project team to carefully manage logistical and timing constraints as well as high safety measures.
