Henninger Media Services has been a presence in the production and digital services industry for more than 20 years. HITT was the general contractor on the interior build-out of the headquarters office located in Arlington, Virginia. The 18,500-sf space features a full-service post-production facility with 35 technical and acoustically isolated post-production rooms.
To take advantage of the high ceilings, a 4,000-sf mezzanine and feature stair were constructed. The scope of work also consisted of special partition types, ceilings, and ductwork design as acoustics are an integral component of their facility.
