Overview

This 6,000-sf build-out project included the full demolition of lab space and the selective demolition around ceiling conditions that were used for the office space build-out.

The project team installed air handler and exhausts units on the roof, as well as a fume hood inside the lab to limit exposure to hazardous and toxic fumes.

The scope of work also included lab casework with snorkels exhaust, a compressed air system, and gas connections for each lab bench.

The project was delivered successfully and within budget.
