Renovations

Overview

This major renovation connected two separate spaces into one cohesive event space for EOS investors, including a high-end ballroom. The project’s scope of work included a connector between two spaces which required extensive coordination. This connector gives access to the event space for up to 1,600 people. This space also features two-floors of guestroom conversions. Our team overcame material shortages and long lead items due to COVID-19 and delivered this project ontime and within budget.
