This project included the full demolition of a single floor with a fast-track schedule of 20 weeks. The schedule included a hard deadline, accelerated IT room schedule, and strict noise restrictions. Key project features include a network lounge with high-end finishes including terrazzo countertops, custom millwork, baffle ceilings, a modernfold operable partition, custom branding elements, and wood veneer doors and wallcoverings.
