Fish & Richardson

Fish & Richardson PC, an international intellectual property and litigation firm with multiple offices across the United States and Europe, was relocating its DC office. The firm needed a general contractor to work in conjunction with the base building contractor in its new location. The office building, located in the Wharf, an up-and-coming area along the southwestern waterfront of DC, was still being completed when Fish & Richardson was looking to complete its office space. Spanning two floors in the building, this project was an office build-out in a new mixed-use development.

The space included ultra high-end finishes throughout, and an intricate interconnecting staircase. A challenge faced during the project was working with the strict and unforgiving grid alignments among pebble flooring, ceiling panels, millwork, and linear lights.
