Overview
The client hired HITT for a full-floor remodel on the top story of a high-rise in downtown Austin, Texas. The work included both indoor and outdoor spaces, restrooms, and an elevator lobby refresh. Water-chilled desks and server racks with HVAC were flown in by helicopter to the 24th floor to ensure on-time delivery.
The show-piece server room, encased with MAARs demountable walls and structured cabling included AV and security systems managed by HITT. Additional features of work include 30-ft radial ceilings maintained with high architectural elements including MOZ panels, custom baffles & lighting, and show-worthy ductwork.
