Tenant Fit-Out

Overview

HITT's team completed this full-floor build-out of new open to structure office space with new interconnecting stairs, connecting three tenant floors. One set of stairs was encased in a two-hour rated glass enclosure due to fire code. The team had to partition the schedule to keep construction moving, as the states for structural steel permits were delayed due to city review. HITT worked with the client on scheduling to assess the best steps to continue moving forward without holding up the overall project construction. Upgrading the existing steel at the new assembly space loads required extensive coordination and partition of their existing space to provide a work area for our team.
