Confidential Life Sciences Repositioning

HITT's life sciences construction team converted this 6,500-sf space into spec suites for future use as multi-tenant lab space. In addition to tearing out the space’s interior, we also made improvements to the exterior including the renovation of the building façade, entryway, parking lot, and infrastructure replacement. The project was completed in an occupied setting with several active tenants, including established biotechnology companies.
