Overview

This massive fulfillment center project included a major demolition and remodel to meet the design intent. The project team accomplished an aggressive and accelerated schedule due to delays caused by COVID-19 in order to meet the required delivery date, completing this huge project in just 14 weeks.

In addition to the building, extensive demolition and improvement were needed to the surrounding area and other existing buildings on campus. Site soil remediation required voluminous export of unsuitable soil and import of structural fill prior to constructing underground utilities and surface paving.
