Overview

This 36-week renovation project consisted of nine total project sites across Los Angeles, combined under one Client initiative to expand hub sites for future electrical and mechanical expansion.

HITT provided preconstruction services for, and worked on, all nine sites simultaneously.

The scope of this project included building an addition on to an existing building, building another brand new building, and renovating seven separate interiors. In order to support the hub sites, our team also upgraded and replaced four generators.

All expansions occurred in a live-hub atmosphere, requiring extensive daily coordination with the Client to reduce the risk of service interruption during construction.
