Overview

The project renovated the main entrance lobby vestibules at 2101 and 2111 Wilson Boulevard—two class A office buildings that were occupied throughout construction. New lobby entrance vestibules include curtainwall, metal panels, and biowall. The living biowall features an integral irrigation system and waterwell trough, and adds to both the aesthetic of the lobby and the indoor air quality.

Six parking garage lobbies within 2101, 2111, and 2107 Wilson Boulevard were also updated with back-painted glass walls, sliding glass doors, and new elevator entrances. Finishes, fixtures, and accessories were updated along the pathway to the main elevator lobbies, within the elevator cabs, and along the path toward the ancillary elevator lobbies.
