Overview
HITT partnered with CBRE to build out their new local office in Greenville, South Carolina. Commence and complete construction began while the base building project was still ongoing, requiring communication and coordination from all parties involved.
The incorporation of unique design elements created a reminiscent feel of Greenville's industrial history, specifically the local textiles industry. HITT coordinated closely with CBRE vendors, coordinating furniture, office fronts, AV, cabling, IT, and security.
Virtual construction through Insta360 was utilized on this project, allowing for visualization of the finished space during site walk-throughs.
