Carnegie Endowment for International Peace (CEIP)

This high-end, two-phase, interior renovation of three floors includes a two-story atrium, huddle rooms, and open and enclosed office spaces. The office features a new interconnecting stair with glass handrails, stone treads and risers, and finished metal paneling. A two-story Armourcoat Sculptural feature wall is featured directly next to the new stair. The two story atrium required a slab cut and new structural steel. The second floor of the atrium has glass partitions and fabric light fixtures facing the atrium’s opening.
