Overview

A dilapidated 1960s office building was transformed into a top-tier luxury boutique through a complicated 54,000-sf adaptive reuse conversion in a tight urban space. The project renovation entailed a complete gut and rehab that included all new windows, exterior wall restoration, relocation of elevator core, and all new mechanical and electrical systems.

The renovation also included the addition of a rooftop infinity pool and lounge, commercial kitchen, an upscale spa and fitness center, private boardroom, and a private reception area. Special high-end features throughout the hotel include custom European millwork paneling, antique parquet hardwood floors, tray ceilings, custom lighting, laser cut marble, and custom furnishings.
