Overview
This 48-week project consisted of the development of a new shell for a future data center tenant build-out. The shell scope includes a 280,000-sf, two-story building structure supported by approximately 3,000 tons of structural steel.
The building is constructed of concrete slab on grade, tilt-up exterior walls, metal panels on steel framing, aluminum curtainwall, aluminum ribbon windows, drywall shadow boxes, radius amenity benches, a radius aluminum fence, and a mechanically fastened TPO single-ply roofing system.
