The project also included the construction of an exterior 8,000-sf generator yard along with building road modification for the adjacent client. The project included the following major scope items: 20,000 sf of raised access flooring Rooftop mechanical platform for DSE skids; approximately 7,000 sf and 50 tons of material Replacement of slab on grade; 9,000 sf and 400 cy of concrete UPS / battery rooms; 7,000 sf The project included the following major equipment: 40 50-ton computer room air condensers 20 50-ton computer room air conditioners Four 50-ton rooftop units Eight 600 kVA UPS systems with battery cabinets One 2,700 CFM makeup air unit Eight roof-mounted exhaust fans Four 1.5-ton split system units Four 2,500 kVA utility transformers Four 2,500 kVA generators 16 300 kVA power distribution units Four 100A automatic transfer switches Four 150A automatic transfer switches
