Overview

This project was a two floor, high-end build-out at Metropolitan Square in the heart of Washington, DC. Some key features of the job include two interconnecting stairs, 12th floor barista bar with trellis and hanging greenery, intricate millwork fin wall panels, veneer Decustik ceiling tiles, high gloss Newmat stretched fabric, radiused fabric wrapped ceiling panels, and K-13 acoustic spray. Early detailed layout and above ceiling coordination was key to delivering the project on time and on budget.
