This project was a full demolition and build back including refinishing an interconnecting staircase, large breakrooms, private offices, and training rooms. The reception area features custom millwork fall/ceiling that spans both floors

with integrated light fixtures and a custom divider screen wall with multi-material panels. A modernfold glass folding partition and a skyfold partition dropped from a recessed ceiling pocket, allows the client flexibility within their classroom/training space. The design provides flexibility for hosting with multiple pantry areas, four tap kegerators, and open collaboration areas.
