Overview
The HITT team completed an interior renovation of four floors including a three-story interconnecting staircase for the Baker Botts DC office.
The scope of work included a green roof terrace, conference center, sky-frame door, restrooms, a multi-purpose room, and an upgraded HVAC system with new VAVs and controls.
The project required close coordination with a base building general contractor as they completed their exterior repositioning.
